You don't kill it. You comprehend it.
Every floor of the Tower speaks a forgotten tongue — and comprehension, not slaughter, is how you climb.
1 · The tell is noise
The first time a warrior of the Tower winds up, its warning is written in a language you cannot read. You take the hit, or you guess.
2 · You learn the tongue
Fragments earned in combat, wards answered, and the great bell rung in the rhythm the Tower sets — every floor teaches you more of its language.
3 · The same tell READS
Now the wind-up carries a rune you know. The parry arrives a breath early — not because your reflexes grew, but because you understood.
Committed combat
Damage lands on the visible contact frame. Animations commit. Spamming never skips recovery. Hold the heavy and the greatsword winds — alive, slower, heavier — until the strike explodes out of the motion.

The Tower
Every stratum is its own world with its own tongue: the Scriptorium's galleries over the ink sea, the Foundry's basalt shores over the melt.

Pre-alpha, captured in-engine.
One word, walked deep
Your power is a lineage, not a loadout. Take the word of the STORM and walk it through its shapes — the thrown bolt that plants and denies ground, the arc that leaps foe to foe, the storm that answers your own blows — while its sealed sibling lines wait: EARTH, WIND, WORD. Every rank you buy belongs to the line, so a new shape arrives already deepened.
